Do I need an invoice for my purchase? How do I request it?

If you require an invoice for your purchase made on loveashwagandha.com, you must request it by providing your complete and correct tax information.

The request can be made through our Billing Module, when available, or by sending an email to:

info@loveashwagandha.com

The email should be sent with the following subject:

SUBJECT: “BILLING”

To correctly issue your invoice, you must provide the following information:

a) Order number.
b) Full name or business name.
c) RFC (Tax ID).
d) Tax regime.
e) Postal code of the tax domicile.
f) Use of CFDI (Tax Invoice).
g) Email address to which you want the invoice to be sent.
h) Updated Tax Situation Certificate, when necessary to validate the provided data.

The invoice will be issued with the data provided by the client. Therefore, it is the client's responsibility to verify that the tax information is correct, complete, and matches the information registered with the SAT (Tax Administration Service).

Love Ashwagandha will not be responsible for errors in invoice issuance due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurately provided data by the client.

We recommend requesting the invoice on the same day of purchase or within the month in which the transaction was made, to facilitate its timely issuance.

Invoice requests received thereafter will be reviewed in accordance with applicable tax provisions, the accounting status of the transaction, and the tax information provided by the client.

Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the client, once issued and validated.
